We are a custom made to order business. That means, you buy it - we go make it. Everything is handmade locally in Perth, Western Australia by Fitzgerald Photo Imaging.

When ordering a print, you have the option to add a note to your order. You can add a note at the cart stage of ordering.

This note will be seen by us and seen by our printers, Fitzgerald photo imaging. Please use this section if you have any special requests or instructions. 

We do not currently have our own gallery space.

However, you can view all of our material and frame options at our printers showroom, Fitzgerald Photo Imaging, in North Perth. They have a couple of our prints on display as well as our 'In Stock' prints.

They often have other customer prints waiting for collection that can be viewed too.

No. We do not sell digital images for printing artwork.

We do sell digital images to brands and businesses for commercial use. These images are generally lower resolution than the images we use to print. To purchase an image at print resolution would cost you much more than the price of a single print.

If you run a brand or business and are interested in purchasing digital content, please get in contact. 

We offer free Australia wide shipping for all prints.

Calendars, Greetings Cards and hats have a small shipping fee.

We ship rolled prints, worldwide, for free.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Pay over time: Shop Pay's Pay in 4 (four interest-free payments) at checkout, or Afterpay for orders under $2,000.

Australian customers can also pay by bank transfer, just shoot us an email and we'll sort it out.

Quotes and tax invoices can be provided to commercial clients.

Yes! We offer Fine Art Stock Photography and Videography from Australia and around the world. 

Our library spans a decade of aerial photography across Australia. Coastlines, forests, salt lakes, deserts, agricultural patterns, the Kimberley, and remote landscapes you won't find anywhere else.

Our photographs and videos are available for licensing to all commercial industries such as brands, small businesses, publishers, advertising agencies, newspapers, the media, government bodies and more.

Unframed - Rolled - Fine art prints are shipped rolled up in a tube. 

We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag® 308gsm. A white, 100% cotton paper with a textured surface that guarantees archival standards. Fine art paper is textured, soft and has a matte like surface whilst maintaining a perfect reproduction of sharpness and detail.

Yes, other paper options are possible. Please get in touch to make a request.

Giclee fine art prints are available in traditional Satin, Smooth and Textured surfaces. Our prints are produced by Fitzgerald Photo Imaging in Perth, certified Fine Art Printers and one of Australia's leading professional photographic labs.

All fine art prints come standard with a white border, this makes them suitable for block mounting or framing.

Our solid wood frames are made from sustainably grown Australian hardwood.

We offer five configurations: Rolled (paper or canvas), Classic Frame, Deep Set Frame, Stretched Canvas, and Stretched Canvas with Profile Frame. All frames are available in White, Raw Oak and Black. See our framing page for more info.

Shipping framed items internationally from Australia is unfeasible and difficult for a number of reasons. Firstly, the costs are extremely high given the dimensions and size of framed items when they are packaged. Sometimes higher than the cost of the actual framed print. There are also challenges around quarantine (when shipping wooden frames) for many countries and complex rates of import taxes and duties (e.g. VAT in the EU) which are different for every country. These fees are payable up front, depending on the retail sale value of the item as well.

All frames are professionally finished with a wire at the back, ready to hang. We do not supply fixtures due to the large variety of options for different walls. In Australia, the team at Bunnings or any hardware store can easily help you with fixture choices.

Our frames come with a museum grade Acrylic that goes by the brand name Plexiglass. Plexiglass is indistinguishable from standard glass but is lighter and virtually impossible to break, a big bonus for shipping and longevity.

Standard Glass is available on request for shipping within Western Australia only.

The advantage of standard glass over plexiglass is scratch resistance. The disadvantage is that regular glass is brittle and riskier to transport.

All of our premium framed prints ship directly from our printer in North Perth, Western Australia.

Framed prints are generally ready for collection or dispatch within 10-15 business days. Then allow additional time for shipping depending on your location.

Shipping times to most major Australia metropolitan cities is less than 5 business days. Allow up to 5-10 business days more for regional and remote locations.

Please allow more time for production and shipping during peak seasonal periods like Christmas. 

Unframed - Rolled - canvas prints are shipped rolled up in a tube. 

We use the highest quality archival UV lacquered canvas.

Epson Eclipse Premium Satin canvas, 420gsm.

Our canvas prints are "mirror wrap" where the image stops at the canvas edge and the sides to be wrapped are a reflection of the main image.

The size that you order will be the size of the main image. The mirror reflections will add 40mm of printed image to each edge of your canvas. The mirror reflections will be marked with black lines (in each corner) to help guide stretching.

An additional frame, about 10mm wide, is placed around the stretched canvas.

The frame will add 20-30mm to the width and length of the listed size. 

The Profile Frame is 10mm wide x 55mm deep.

We offer our profile frame in White, Raw Oak and Black.

Stretched canvas with profile frame is only available for shipping within Australia. 

Yes!

Generally, all of our images can be printed much larger on canvas than fine art paper. Canvas is a lot more forgiving on image details and will look good at larger sizes. 

We can print larger on canvas than what is listed on our website.

If you have a large space to fill, inquire about our large format canvas prints.

Unfortunately not. We must ship to physical addresses.

As an alternative, we’d be more than happy to arrange a delivery to your company or work address. 

If you notice your shipping address was incorrect after checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll get in touch with the courier company to try track down your shipment.

While we hope this never happens, we know that it may. If the product has been damaged in shipping, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

We’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you've made your order recently, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may be able to update or stop production depending on what stage your print is at.

Every print is custom made to order, so we generally don't offer change-of-mind refunds once a print has been produced. That said, if you've received your print and something's not right, get in touch within 30 days and we'll look at the options. Each case is considered individually.
