All pick up orders can be collected from Fitzgerald Photo Imaging. Please let the staff know your order number and please have your order confirmation email or ID ready to present to the staff at Fitzgerald’s.

We offer free shipping on rolled and framed artworks within Australia.
Rolled and Framed Artworks will generally be shipped via Auspost or a local courier.

Large framed orders (80x60cm and above) heading to the East Coast ship by road from Perth. Add about 5 days.

Greetings Cards, Calendars will generally ship within 2 business days.

Worldwide Shipping Limitations

Due to huge cost variations and website limitations we do not allow international customers to check out with a framed print in cart.

However, shipping framed prints internationally is possible, please email us for a quote to ship a framed print to your international address. But we will generally recommend ordering a rolled print and having it framed locally.

A small number of destinations are unavailable for print orders due to customs, courier coverage, or shipping reliability. If your country isn't accepted at checkout, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. If we later discover shipping isn't possible, we'll cancel and refund the order.

Customs/Import Duties & Taxes

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. 

We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.

We do not send an invoice with our prints.
