A quick heads up on what to expect — our physical gift cards are deliberately old fashioned. They arrive as a beautiful double-sided pearlescent 5" × 7" print, along with a blank greeting card and envelope for your own handwritten message. We send them blank — meaning the gift card code and any personal message are for you to fill in by hand. We're not able to write in the details for you, and we can't send the physical card directly to the recipient for this reason.
Think of it like a beautiful card you write yourself, rather than a modern plastic gift card. That's intentional — and most people love it.
You'll receive two emails — an order confirmation, and a second email containing your unique gift card code. The code is what you pass on to the recipient, and they enter it at checkout to redeem it.
