It's rare, but it happens. If your print arrives damaged, send us a couple of photos at prints@saltywings.com.au and we'll print a replacement at no cost. No forms, no back-and-forth, no return required.

Before it ships: Email prints@saltywings.com.au as soon as you can. If we can stop production, we will. Our order confirmation email reminds you to flag changes early. That's the easiest moment to swap a size, frame, or print.

After it arrives: If you've received it and it's not what you hoped for, you've got 30 days. We'll arrange a return and refund. Free return shipping within Australia.

• International orders: returns are handled case by case. Get in touch and we'll work something out.
• Custom sizes are made to your specs and are hard to resell or use, so they're generally excluded from the Love It Guarantee. Damaged-in-transit replacements still apply.
• Prints must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact us for help arranging.

Every print is made to order in North Perth. We can't see it on your wall before you do. The guarantee exists because we'd rather you live with a print you love than one you've settled for.

If something's off, wrong size for the space, frame colour you can't quite live with, anything, tell us. We'll sort it out.
