DOMESTIC

Shipping is fully operational within Australia but your shipment may face minor delays.

Western Australia orders are generally on time.

Some East Coast Australia orders were being delayed by up to a week from April to June. They seem to be back to normal as of June. The situation in Victoria in July may delay some Victorian and east coast orders routed through Melbourne.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are still facing delays, but shipping time frames have being improving. The situation is constantly changing so please check the link below.

We generally ship Express via Auspost, to see the current shipping information for your country please see the following link: International Updates

For TNT deliveries the above link is also a good guideline for timeframes. 

As of our last check;

NZ estimates 3-9 business days.

UK estimates 6-10 business days.

Europe estimates 7-13 business days.

USA, CAN 7-20 business days.

Shipping information:

We are a custom made to order business. That means, you buy it - we go make it. Everything is handmade locally in Perth, Western Australia by Fitzgerald Photo Imaging.

Expected shipping times are a best guess only, delays due to busy periods or shortage of raw materials can happen. If you require your print by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do the best we can.

After ordering, you will not receive any shipping notifications from us until your order is ready for collection or has been shipped. 

• Pick Up In Store:

In Stock Prints, Greetings Cards, Calendars, Physical Gift Cards are ready for immediate collection.

Rolled prints ready for collection within 4 to 8 business days.
Framed prints ready for collection within 10 to 20 business days.

We use Hahnemuhle Photo Rag® 308gsm – a white, 100% cotton paper with a textured surface that guarantees archival standards.

• Fine Art Paper - Rolled

Fine art prints are shipped rolled up in a tube. 

All fine art prints come standard with a white border, this makes them suitable for block mounting or framing. The white border will vary in size.

Rolled prints are available for shipping worldwide - Free!

• Fine Art Paper - Framed

The finished artwork is framed in a wooden frame, strung at the back and is ready to hang.

A white border sits between the print and the frame. 

Our frames come with a museum grade Acrylic that goes by the brand name Plexiglass. Plexiglass is indistinguishable from standard glass but is lighter and virtually impossible to break, a big bonus for shipping and longevity.

Framed prints are only available for shipping within Australia. 

• Classic Frame

Our classic frames are simple and elegant.

Colours available:

• White
• Black (available by request via 'special instructions' in your cart)

The classic frame is 40mm wide x 35mm deep.

Below are the approximate final sizes of our Classic Frames:

• 60cm x 45cm print with border and frame = 78cm x 63cm
• 80cm x 60cm print with border and frame = 102cm x 82cm
• 100cm x 75cm print with border and frame = 122cm x 97cm
• 120cm x 90cm print with border and frame = 148cm x 118cm

Please allow for a few centimetres discrepancy when measuring your wall space, our borders may vary in size.

• Deep Set Frame

A contemporary frame collection, these frames add depth to your walls with the artwork, matboard and glass set back approximately 30mm.

Colours available:

• Raw Oak
• White, Natural, Black and Chocolate (available by request via 'special instructions' in your cart)

The Deep Set Frame is 20mm wide x 40mm deep, set back 30mm.

Below are the approximate final sizes of our Deep Set Frames:

• 60cm x 45cm print with border and frame = 74cm x 59cm
• 80cm x 60cm print with border and frame = 98cm x 78cm
• 100cm x 75cm print with border and frame = 118cm x 93cm

• Metallic Paper - Acrylic Face Mount

The photo is sandwiched between a piece of Acrylic approximately 5 millimetres deep and a backing piece of aluminium.

With the image mounted behind the acrylic, light refracts in such a way that makes the colour pop and provides a near 3-D effect.

Acrylic Face Mount prints come with metal brackets on the back, ready to hang on your wall. Acrylic Face Mounts do not have a frame around them.

A finished acrylic face mount will be the same dimensions as the selected print size. 

Acrylic Face Mount prints are available for shipping within Australia.

Hahnemuhle Photo Rag® 308gsm – a white, 100% cotton paper with a textured surface – guarantees archival standards. With its premium matt inkjet coating Photo Rag® meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper. 

Fine art paper is textured, soft and has a matte like surface whilst maintaining a perfect reproduction of sharpness and detail. Fine art paper is the classic look and most popular choice.

• Metallic Paper

Rolled Canvas:

Rolled canvas is shipped rolled up in a tube. A rolled canvas has not yet been stretched and is not ready to hang on the wall. 

Our canvas prints are "mirror wrap" where the image stops at the canvas edge and the sides to be wrapped are a reflection of the main image. Please note the mirror effect along the canvas edges in the images below.

The size of the main image will be the size of the print that you order. The mirror reflections will add 40mm of printed image to each edge of your canvas. The mirror reflections will be marked with black lines to help guide your framer.

Rolled canvas is available for shipping worldwide. 

Please note the 'Mirror Wrap' reflections on the canvas edge.

Stretched Canvas:

Stretched canvas is stretched around a wooden frame. The frame is strung at the back and ready to hang. 

Our canvas prints are "mirror wrap" where the main image stops at the canvas edge and the wrapped sides are a reflection of the main image.

The final product will be the same dimensions as the selected print size. Stretched canvases are 40mm deep, meaning the mirror reflections will be 40mm deep.

Stretched canvas is only available for shipping within Australia.

Stretched Canvas with Profile Frame:

An additional white frame, about 10mm wide, is placed around the stretched canvas. The white frame will add 20-30mm to the width and length of the listed size. 

The Profile Frame is 10mm wide x 55mm deep.

Generally, all of our images can be printed larger on canvas than the sizes listed on our site. Canvas is a lot more forgiving on image details and will look good at larger sizes.

All images can be made available in Black and White on request.

• Size

We can crop our images to any dimensions that you desire. Please send us an email with your requested dimensions and the image that you are interested in.

We also offer common A sizes:

• A0 - 118.9cm x 84.1cm - $980.00 (rolled)
• A1 - 84.1cm x 59.4cm - $500.00 (rolled)
• A2 - 59.4cm x 42cm - $280.00 (rolled)

• Frame Colour

In our classic frame we offer White and Black.

In our deep set frame we offer Raw Oak, White, Black, Cappuccino (Natural), and Chocolate.

In our profile frame we offer White, Black and Natural.

To order one of these colour options, please include your frame colour choice in the 'Special Instructions for Salty Wings' section of your cart.

Our framed artworks can be framed behind standard glass.

Artworks framed with Glass are only available for shipping within Western Australia.  

UV70 Glass:

Non-Reflective Glass:

Our framed artworks can be framed behind non-reflective glass.

The non-reflective glass has a matte, almost frosted quality to it in order to diffuse reflected light. Non-reflective glass is a popular option for print locations with lots of natural light and reflections and for those who prefer the matte look.

Non-reflective glass produces a slightly lower sharpness while viewing the print than the standard plexiglass or UV70 options. We believe that our UV70 option provides our most premium look, but some do prefer the Non Reflective look and it is cheaper than UV70. 

We offer non-reflective up to a maximum size of 100cm x 75m. 

Unfortunately, Non-Reflective Glass is risky to ship over long distances. Non-Reflective Glass framed prints are only available for shipping within Western Australia.  

Non-Reflective Acrylic:

Non Reflective Acrylic is almost indistinguishable from Non-Reflective glass but is lighter and virtually impossible to break, a big bonus for shipping and longevity. It is however a bit more expensive.

Non Reflective Acrylic is also available for East Coast customers.

• Aluminium - Alumalux

Pronounced A-loo-ma-lux, this futuristic product is the combination of Chromaluxe metal panels, Sawgrass Inks and superior colour management practices. The combination of these three elements is unique to our printers, Fitzgerald Photo Imaging. 

We infuse your selected print within aluminium, which then allows for a scratch resistant, heat resistant and water proof product that is thin and super light weight.

Your print will pack a punch with colour remaining vivid and details staying clear and crisp. A true printing revolution.

Alumalux is kid proof and the best option for outdoor areas, bathroom and kitchen.

Alumalux prints come with metal brackets on the back, ready to hang on your wall. Alumalux prints do not have a frame around them. 

A finished Alumalux will be the same dimensions as the selected print size. 

Alumalux prints are available for shipping within Australia.
